Name used by various characters (Grimaldine, Marta) to refer to Series 7's Trial by Spikes challenge. Although 'spikes' is the more accurate description of the room's bladed projections, 'spears' is interesting in that it implies a link with the obstacle seen in the KM title sequence of Series 6 and following, and pictured here.
